a day in the life of..
a Curtin student!
yupps. i went over to Curtin University to study ytd.
no no.. im not there attending lectures and stuff.
im just using their facilities and all that.
and because it's a Saturday..
it's sooo inconvenient.
to get into the Abacus Computer Lab..
u need to get through 2 doors..
both of which are only by pass-card access.
yea, u gotta swipe ur card to get through those doors.
AND to get out too.
in fact, to gain access to all the builidngs..
u'll need a pass card.
but then again..
all this inconveniences only apply after hours/on weekends.
so.. how did dj, a UWA student, manage all that?
easy. have a Curtin student be ur sister!
LOL!
yeah, i went with my sister..
sooo.. i have her card. wee!
i gotta admit..
it's pretty fun swiping all those cards to get into the Computer Labs etc etc. especially when ur not a Curtin student! hehe
hmm.. the Curtin enviroment is pretty good.
modern. clean. quiet.
oh wait. it's a Saturday.. of course it's quiet hey?
and the Physiotherapy classrooms are pretty cool.
(my sister is a Physiotherapy student)
they have all this "beds"
like those u see in hospitals.
and u can change the height just by pressing a button!
heh. i might just go to Curtin to study on saturdays.
haa. UWA is a lil too far from my house. =))
anyways.. exams are in 3 weeks time.
so this blog might go on a little hiatus.
yupps. and besides, there is still nothing exciting happening! ;)
u guys take care, alright?
catch ya!

random!
hi guys.
okie. i know this blog is so very dead.
but that's really because there's nothing really interesting!
for the past month or so..
my life have pretty much revolved around uni..
i mean, who's interested in reading dj's mundane life..
that's filled with assignments, tests, lectures, tutorials & labs?
oh wells.. u get my drift. =))
anyhow.. i watched this documentary over the weekend..
and im sure it will change the way u view the Sept 11 attacks in a new light.. because it certaintly did change mine.
it makes u think what governments can do..
escpecially with the Bush Adminstration.
here's the link...
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5137581991288263801&q=Loose+Changedo watch it if u have time..
it's a little over an hour long. =X
The DaVinci code will be out this week!
and X-men 3 will be out next week!
and Superman will be out next month!
pretty cool hey?
BUT.
dj's finals are in about 3 weeks.
so there u go..
he have nothing to be too excited about.
i hope DaVinci code will still be on after my exams! =X
hmm.. hopefully.
anyhow.. i better get going now.
hope i didn't bore u too much yet.
LOL! =p
catch ya soon..

just about enough.
the past week was rather hectic.
which explains why i haven't been updating.
i know. i know.
i haven't been posting any entries all that much for even the weeks before the past week. =X
haha. but i don't get alot of readers anyway..
so i reckon that's alright. =))
anyhow.. next week will be pretty busy as well.
i have a Calculus B test *shudders*
and a Human Biology lab quiz *sigh*
oh.. and during Chemistry lecture..
i was reminded that exams are in a month time.
how FUN can things get?
i got back my MicroEconomics essay on Tuesday.
and i got 17.5/20!
well.. it's actually 16.5/20.. but i got scaled up.
anyhow.. it's a huge confidence boost..
because lil dj didn't do Economics in high school.
hold on.
actually dj did.
for 3 weeks (coz he didn't like the subject)
he goes to Uni & haven't got a choice..
and have to do MicroEconomics..
but he's not hating it anymore.
lalala. =p
that's just the essay though.
im sure i didn't do as well for my mid-semester.
that's why im so not looking forward to getting it back.
=(
met up with my mentor group today.
and met 2 more Mentees. =)
Shane.. who is pretty "blur"
i reckon he's just sooo innocent.
but he's really funny. LOL!
Michelle.. she's in my Chem Lab..
and i don't know she's in my mentor grp till today!
haa. when i saw her..
i was like "wait. i know her!"
& so the 5 of us chatted for an hour in the Reid Cafe..
heh. =p
i realised our mentor group is one of the few that are still meeting up. and im really glad for that though =)
yeah, the people in my mentor grp are nice..
and they are all doing Commerce/Science double degree.
and it's always good to have more friends anyway.
the weekends are here.
im relieved! hehe.
i started on this Sandra Brown book..
titled Chill Factor
it kinda suits the season..
now that Winter is nearly here.
LOL!
anyways, i want to finish it over the w/k.
before concentrating on those tests.
=/
catch ya guys.
